These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tim Mobile Locksmith website at https://timmobilelocksmithflorida.com and any locksmith services you receive from Tim Mobile Locksmith LLC (“Tim Mobile Locksmith,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Tim Mobile Locksmith LLC is a Florida-based mobile locksmith serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. We are licensed, insured, and operate as a mobile service — we dispatch to your location rather than operating a retail storefront.

2. Service scope

We provide residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services, including lockouts, rekeys, lock changes, smart lock installation, car key replacement, key fob programming, and related work. Availability of specific services depends on job type, location, hardware, and technician availability.

3. Estimates and pricing

• Phone estimates: Any estimate provided by phone before we dispatch is based on the information you provide. If the actual job differs (for example, additional locks, damaged hardware, high-security cylinders, or after-hours dispatch), the price may be adjusted — but only after we tell you and you agree.
• Final price: The price we quote at the door, once the technician can see the job, is the price you pay. We do not add surprise charges after work is complete.
• Payment: Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Cancellations: If you cancel after a technician has been dispatched to your location, a trip fee may apply.

4. Identity and ownership verification

Florida law and standard locksmith practice require us to verify identity and ownership before performing certain work. This includes originating car keys, rekeying entry locks, and any work where authority to change or defeat a lock is not obvious. You agree to provide identification and, where relevant, proof of ownership or authority (driver's license, vehicle registration, lease, work order, property manager credentials, or similar).

If we cannot verify identity or authority to a reasonable standard, we may decline the job. A trip fee may still apply.

5. Warranty on our work

We stand behind our workmanship. If a job we complete fails due to our work — not due to hardware failure outside our control, misuse, or damage after we leave — contact us and we will make it right. Warranty on the physical hardware itself is provided by the hardware manufacturer, not by Tim Mobile Locksmith.

6. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property, worn or improperly installed hardware, or issues that were present before we arrived.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of our services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a service call is limited to the amount you paid us for that service call.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

7. Emergency and after-hours work

We offer 24/7 dispatch. After-hours or holiday calls may carry a dispatch fee, which we will quote to you before dispatch. In emergency situations (lockout, safety, or medical), please call (754) 295-0228 and, if there is a medical emergency, dial 911 first.

8. Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages from us regarding your job, ETA, confirmation, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Website use

You may use this website to learn about our services, contact us, and request service. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to hack it, scrape it at high volume, or submit false service requests. Content on the site (text, images, and layout) is the property of Tim Mobile Locksmith LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party services (for example, mapping, payment processing, phone/dispatch platform) to run our business. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
